The slow-release sterilizer adopts a dissolution method, automatic slow-release, and pressure chlorination process design. It uses solid agents containing more than 80% CL as the main raw material, and the disinfectant produced by rational mixing of water and agents for slow-release is put into the required water tank (well) and fully contacts with water for sterilization and disinfection. The equipment is welded with high-quality PVC sheets, and the pipes are made of well-known brand Formosa Plastics Huaya Group. The device can be used normally for up to 10 years.
2、 Installation and usage instructions for slow-release sterilizer:
The inlet, connecting power water, and water pressure requirements are below 0.20MPa. If the rated water pressure is exceeded, a pressure reducing valve must be installed in advance-- The outlet (disinfectant mixture) directly contacts the raw water in the water tank (well) or is connected to the inlet pipe of the water pump-- Add medication (CL), remove the top cover, rotate the medication chamber cover, add the required amount of medication, cover and seal
Connect the power supply and turn on the indicator power switch (indicator light on) to start (non powered equipment does not require power).
Gradually open the inlet ball valve and adjust it from small to large to the required flow rate of L/min.
Residual chlorine monitoring: Monitor the residual chlorine in the factory water on the second day, adjust the dosage and flow rate based on the results, and monitor the residual chlorine at the end of the pipeline network three days later.
